Chicken Spiedies Cruet Style


1 1/2  lbs. of Chicken Breasts cut up into 1 1/2 in. cubes

1/3 cup of Neopalitan Herb Balsamic

1/2 cup of Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1 tbs of your favorite Italian Herb Blend

1 Loaf of your favorite Italian Bread



Add cut up Chicken, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, and Herb Blend into bowl and mix then add to zip lock bag and keep in refridgerator for 2 days to marinate.  Take out and put the chicken on skewers and cook on gas or charcoal grill.  Its best over charcoal grill for that extra good taste. Cook until chicken is done.  Don't over cook because chicken will dry out.  Take a piece of your favorite Italian bread and wrap the slice of bread around the cooked chicken and pull off skewer. Usually 3 or 4 pieces per sandwich. 

Note*  You can substitute different meats like pork, venison, lamb or beef, you will need to marinate a few days longer.  You can also use diferent Balsamics or Olive Oils to give a variety of tastes and flavors. For awesome grilled coconut shrimp use the Coconut Balsamic and Persian Lime Olive Oil and marinate for 30 to 45 mins. Shewer the shrimp and grill!
