Put ribs in a bowl add enough Persian Olive Oil to coat ribs. Then put chili lime rub or any other rub mix you like on oil covered ribs. You can use as much or as little of the rub you like. This recipe I covered the ribs really well. I then sprinkle lime juice over ribs and let sit for 1/2 hour before cooking.
Preheat air fryer for 3-4 mins on 370 degrees.
Place 6-8 ribs in air fryer and arrange so there is room between ribs. (depending on size of fryer and amount of ribs cooking you might want to cook a few batches)
Set air freyer temperature to 370 and set time for 10 minutes and cook.
Open air fryer and flip ribs over. Set temperature at 400 degrees and cook for 8 minutes more.
Note: Time frames might vary for each air fryer and size of ribs, so if your not sure you can cook the second time in 2-3 minute intervals until done. Over cooking will dry out ribs
